The Tahune Forest Reserve is a popular destination because of the impressive Tahune Forest Air Walk and it is an easy day trip from Hobart.
Coming & Going
Tahune is about a 70-minute drive south from Hobart. Take the Huon Highway (A6) south to Geeveston before turning off the main road towards the Tahune Forest Reserve.
Sights & Activities
Tahune Forest Air Walk
The Air Walk is 570m long and allows visitors to see the forest from an unusual perspective among the treetops at a height of between 25m and 45m above ground level.
