Swansea

Overlooking Great Oyster Bay, this historic seaside resort is a pleasant spot to break your journey. There isn’t a lot to do in town although there is an interesting bark mill and a small museum. You can sometimes see dolphins in the bay.

Black Wattle Bark Mill & Museum

Australia’s only bark crusher was once used to make leather tan from black wattle bark. The adjoining museum details the town’s history.
