Lancelin
Lancelin is a small town, only 1½ hours north of Perth, which has a great beach and is a brilliant windsurfing spot. Lancelin’s sand dunes are another big attraction with sandboarding and 4WD tours.

Sandboarding & Sand Dune Tours
Desert Storm Adventures (tel (08) 9655 2550) operate tours of the sand dunes in big 4WD buses that include sandboarding on the dunes. The tours cost $45 ($40.50 HI/YHA; $40 students).
